Method : Place the pork loin steaks in a big flat dishes. Pour marinade ingredients / paste over the top, make sure each steak has been coated well with the marinade. Cover plate with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
For salad & other garnishing : Place cherry tomato, finely chopped pasley, chili, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper in a bowl, toss lightly. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. For potato, heat up the pan with cooking oil and deep fried diced potato til golden brown.
Heat up the pan and lightly grease with olive oil. Place pork on pan / grill. Cook and turning once until done. Remove pork loin steak from pan. To serve, place portion of lettuce on serving dishes, add pork loin steak, potato and cherry tomoto salad to the side. Top with plum sauce gravy & basil flakes. Ready for serving!
